its august again

and i avoid looking at the one year ago today memories showing up on my phone.

so like the inattentive adhd girl i am, here's a list of specific things i've been loving this august so i don't have to think about why

'older' live by searows, a dirty iced chai from my sisters job, the pumpkin snickerdoodle candle my mother bought me, yellowjacket tiktok edits, vintage clutter aesthetic, granola core outfits, constant nightly skincare routine, researching the major i want as my career, used book libraries and studying libraries (there's a difference), fighting the urge to ghost everyone and live a quiet life in the mountains, finding new tv shows with lesbian characters, over analyzing ex situationships then getting yelled at by my friends, picking through my grandmas old rings, knowing i love reading but having to force myself to read a new book because i don't yet have a connection to the characters or plot, picking out the classes i get to take in the fall, planning many fall trips before i leave to arizona yet again in the spring;)
